Phil Howitt, Chief Executive Officer

Phil has more than 30 years in corporate accounting and finance management. He has been Controller, CFO, and Independent Consultant for various firms. He has a BA degree in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton and is a CPA (retired) in California.  In the past Phil has held a Series-3 License and was a principal in Brokers Independent Group LLC.

Andy Friedman, Chief Technology Officer

Andy has more than 20 years of experience in developing complex systems in enterprise-class environments. As chief engineer, his role in MetaTech is to oversee the design and architecture of the cloud-first trading system.
