Phil Howitt
Chief Executive Officer
Phil has more than 35 years in corporate accounting and finance management. He has been Controller, CFO, and Independent Consultant for various firms. He has a BA degree in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton and is a CPA (retired) in California. In the past Phil has held a Series-3 License and was a principal in Brokers Independent Group LLC.
Andy Friedman
Chief Technology Officer
Andy has more than 20 years of experience in developing complex systems in enterprise-class environments. As chief engineer, his role in MetaTech is to oversee the design and architecture of the cloud-first trading system.
Yukiko Tsuda
Chief Marketing Officer
Yukiko has 30 years of technology marketing management experience with Fujitsu and Transtron in Japan and ten years in marketing and sales in the USA.
